The Cuisine down in Puerto Rico was excellent!! Here is a whole red snapper along with fried Plantinos... Delicious.. I ended up eating the eyes also just to freak the other guys out.
Accompanied by a local beer "Medalla" pronounced "Med-eye-ah" This was a meal I had a couple of times...
